I’d been thinking about having Botox for a while but was quite nervous as it was my first treatment. From the moment I met Laura, she put me completely at ease. She was so friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to, which made such a difference. Laura took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before starting. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and the whole experience was far less intimidating than I’d imagined. I’m absolutely delighted with the results. They’re so natural – I still look like me, just a little fresher and more rested. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you, Laura, for making my first Botox experience such a positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beauty Box to anyone, especially if you’re feeling a bit nervous about trying it for the first time.

Laura always makes me feel at ease and I trust her completely. A lovely and caring lady.
