I cannot recommend Lanina's Studio highly enough. My daughter had her nose pierced and from start to finish the service was exceptional. Before the appointment, Lanina was thorough in explaining everything I needed to know, allowing me to make a fully informed decision when consenting to my daughter's piercing. On the day, she was patient, kind, and understanding of my daughter's requests, immediately putting her at ease. She clearly explained the procedure, what to expect, and reassured her throughout the entire process. Her aseptic technique was impeccable, and she made sure her working environment was spotless and professional. We were also given detailed aftercare instructions and encouraged to get in touch if we had any questions or concerns afterwards. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. It was such a positive experience that I'm already planning to book in with her for a tattoo myself.
