Started off doubting whether to attend my appointment or cancel . On arriving spoke with Tia . I think she could sense my nervousness . Talked me through wot would happen , n wot to expect . Even gave me stress balls to help . Had the procedure done with true ease . Now wondering wot all the worrying was bt . Really happy with the outcome .
