Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The salon is immaculate, professional, and beautifully organised. I was extremely nervous as I’d never had these treatments before, but Koo was so kind, patient, and encouraging that I immediately felt at ease. She explained every step in detail, checked in with me constantly, and made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s also a genuinely wonderful person. I can’t recommend Koo enough — truly exceptional service.
