I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the DNA skin booster treatment I received at your clinic. Unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement in my skin following the treatment. Instead, I have experienced negative side effects that are very concerning. My skin tone has reacted badly, my chin has felt like it is burning, and my overall face appears darker than before the treatment. These results are not what I expected, and I am very unhappy with the outcome. I trusted your clinic to provide a safe and effective treatment, but my experience has been the opposite.
