Kim

This was my first time ever having any treatment like this. On my initial conversation with Kim I expressed how nervous I was. Kim was absolutely fantastic in reassuring me that it will be all okay. She explained the process perfectly and really helped settle my nerves. She was 100% correct that it would all be fine! She I walked into the studio I felt like I was a regular. We were having conversations about everything and not just the treatments. The personal customer service was 10/10. During the treatment she was constantly checking in and seeing if I needed to stop. The after care was explained and I even had follow up emails to check how I was feeling. I could not recommend Kim more. To say this was my first time and the 10/10 experience I received. She has certainly gained a regular and I will most certainly be spreading the word.

Iv always wanted botox in my forehead but never had the courage to do it until now I'm so glad I did it kim was so lovely she explained everything to me the aftercare as well she made me feel comfortable at ease and I didn't feel a thing the results are fabulous thank you
