I contacted Katrina to ask if she would 'top up' the colour on the thick end of my brows as I felt they had become a bit faded having been done 3-4 years previously and the girl who did them the first time had returned to her home country. Katrina was very professional and asked me a number of questions and requested photos of my current brows before agreeing to do this. Her hygiene procedures were second to none and she explained the procedure before and during her work on my brows. I must be honest and say that I feel the thick end of my brows are still a little bit light, but having said that I was very vocal in telling her I didn't want them really dark, so more my own doing than hers. I still love the brows and she did a great job. She is a consumate professional, well organised and keeps in contact before your appointment should you have any queries. Katrina came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I am also very happy to recommend her to you for such intricate treatment. I will be seeing her again in a few weeks for the eyeliner treatment and I'm looking forward to that.
