Very pleased with my recent treatment with Kate. She was very thorough and professional. She explained the procedure, how it works and any potential side effects. I had a message a few days later to follow up as to any side effects. I am unsure as to the full effect of the treatment yet as it is early days however, I was reassured that further treatment will be offered if I am not seeing full benefits after a specific length of time. Kate was extremely professional and friendly and put me at ease straight away. We discussed my expectations and she explained clearly how this could be achieved and what sort of timescale would be likely to see improvements. I felt confident in choosing Kate to do my treatment as she is a qualified hygienist and already possessing the necessary skills to be the ideal clinician to do this type of facial aesthetic work. I was not disappointed. Kate was competent and gentle and explained everything she was doing throughout the procedure. No pain or problems after treatment at all and 2 weeks later I am very happy with the results.
