I recently had a wonderful facial and chemical peel with Jess, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I have mature, sensitive skin, and after struggling with chronic insomnia, it had started to feel very dry and tight. Jess took the time to talk through my concerns and discuss suitable treatment options, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the treatment, she explained each step as it was happening, so I felt completely reassured and comfortable the entire time. When we were finished, my skin felt noticeably more supple and had a beautiful dewy glow. Jess followed up with me the next day to check that everything was settling well, and it was, with no reactions at all. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend Jess, and I’m looking forward to continuing a course of treatments with her to keep my skin looking and feeling its best.
