Title: Disappointing experience – Misleading pricing and felt coerced into paying double
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I booked a "Full Face PDO Threads" Black Friday deal for £140 (instead of the usual £300) after confirming via message that this included cheeks, jaw, and eyes.
Upon arrival, things became very confusing:
1. Misleading Information: Despite having a written confirmation of what the package included, the practitioner initially tried to say it only covered two areas. After checking with the receptionist she agreed to do the three areas as promised.
2. Lack of Transparency: At no point during the consultation or the procedure was I told that I was receiving a "different" treatment and that would have extra costs.
3. Pressure and Coercion: When leaving, I was told I owed an additional £150. Even after showing my receipt and the WhatsApp conversation clearly stating the price and areas included, I was pressured to pay. As English is not my first language and there were people around, I felt incredibly intimidated and coerced into paying the extra amount just to be able to leave.
4. Poor Results: I waited the recommended 14 days to see the final result, and there is only a minimum visible difference.
I ended up paying more than the "full price" for a promotional deal, without my consent, for a result that is non-existent. This felt like a scam. I would like a full refund. I do not recommend this clinic.
