I am delighted with the outcome of my treatment with Jess. She was very professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what I said so achieved the results I was looking for. I wanted a very natural look which Jess took great care to accomplish. I feel my lips now look like the lips I should of had which has given me more confidence. Jess was regularly in touch afterwards to check I felt comfortable with the results and proactively checking if I had any questions. I would recommend her to anyone.

I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in 10 years, and finally bit the bullet to have them done again. And of course, I had to go to Jess. As always, Jess explains everything she’s going to do and while she’s doing it, gives amazing after care advice and is always checking in afterwards if I have any questions. She had a challenge on her hands with my old brows and new hair growth but did such an amazing job. I am so happy with them, it’s a “trust the process” situation while they heal but the results are amazing. They look so full but also so natural. The colour match is perfect and it’s so nice to wake up with brows ready to go! I get compliments from everyone!
