Laura was really helpful in booking my patch test . She went through the procedure extensively as explaining everything and answered any questions I had. She has a very friendly but professional approach and has made feel completely at ease for my up and coming patch test . If that all goes well I look forward to my sessions with Laura in the upcoming months . I would definitely recommend
