Absolutely 5 stars. From the moment I walked in Lauren created the kind of calm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. She was genuinely warm, attentive, and so easy to talk to, the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable even if you're nervous.
Her energy was just lovely throughout the entire appointment. She checked in with me, made sure I felt relaxed, and brought such a peaceful vibe to the whole experience. It didn't feel rushed or clinical, it felt personal, thoughtful, and really cared for.
On top of being incredibly talented, she's one of those artists who makes the whole process feel special. I left not only loving my tattoo, but feeling like l'd just spent time with someone truly kind.
