Ell was so lovely at my consultation and made me feel at ease straight away, excited for my treatment.

I feel really disappointed to leave this review after I’d seen so much good work from House of ELL. My treatment went well, I was made to feel so welcomed, like a friend id never met, and I was put at ease during the treatment, I felt like I had a true professional with me. I was excited for the results. 2 weeks in I reached out to express a concern and sent photos. I was assured it is because it’s the peak of the treatment and that with some time and stimulation of the muscles it would improve ( note my eye brows dropped). A week later I sent another progress picture and explained that I didn’t really feel much had changed. At this stage I felt very self conscious. Sadly after nearly a week of waiting I’ve still had no response. I appreciate how busy they could be but aftercare is just as important as social media, and so everytime I see posts now I just feel let down. I really want to stress that I was not looking for any refund etc, I just wanted expertise, which is why I chose house of ell in the first place. I understand everyone reacts differently but this wasn’t the first time I had Botox and so it was a shock when this happened. As a result, I don’t think I could return to house of ell.
