Lauren was warm and welcoming and immediately put me at ease, which was appreciated as I’m not great with needles! She explained the process clearly, including when to expect results, and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout. The salon is also lovely 😍. Overall it was a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend Lauren.
