    I had a Lymphatic massage with Mehna and it was such a soothing experience for me. It made me realise how much discomfort was being retained in my abdominal area. She taught me a lot about the natural flow for the body and tips to avoid discomfort. I would definitely recommend the treatment and I hope to incorporate a monthly treatment for my wellbeing.
