The service I received from both Dr Dan and Lauren was excellent throughout the whole process. During my consultation with Dan before booking my appointment, and my consultation with Lauren before my treatment I felt very comfortable and listened to. I didn't feel rushed and there was no attempt to up sale; my needs and wants were their priority, whilst offering professional guidance. I have had treatment with Dan and Lauren and both were very gentle with the needle and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Dr Dan is fantastic, he listened attentively to what I wanted, which was really important to me as I didn't feel like 'just another' client - my treatment was just what I wanted.
