I had my ear irrigation done by Grace and she was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely at ease from start to finish and explained everything clearly before she began. The procedure was quick, gentle, and very professional. Grace was so kind, patient, and reassuring, which really helped as I was a bit nervous beforehand.
