Wow!!! From the moment I walked in I was blown away by the whole set up. Friendly, welcoming, clean, and professional. I have been following Lindsay for an over a year and having been so frightened I felt I just kept looking without taking the plunge to put myself forward. Driving there, I won’t deny the fact I was so scared I was going to turn around and go home. I am so glad I didn’t. I am amazed by the results. Instant shock at the reveal, I was speechless. I honestly wish that I had known about Lindsay sooner, I wish the cleft team had been more forward in saying there are many things outside of the standard surgery journey. I've followed Lindsay for a while a so knew her work was incredible so off the bat I knew I wouldnt be dissapointed. On the day of my appointment I was so nervous Linsday and the girls she was training made me feel so welcome and relaxed and talked me through what would happen step by step and what I wanted to achieve from the treatment.
