Charis was very professional and chose a colour suitable for my skin tone. I had pre-numbing so the pain was very minimal. Charis explained the process thoughout. I am very pleased with my results as Charis managed to reshape my lips so I now have a cupids bow! I'm 61 and I've had lots of compliments and people have said it makes me look younger and brings my face 'together'. Very happy!
