I had 6 sessions of EMS over the course of 2 weeks and the results are amazing. We focused mainly on legs, bum/hips and abdomen with a little work on my arms. This works great, but you do have to exercise and eat well for the best results. I reduced my food portions and excercised 2-3 times each week. If you stick to the plan this works!!
