Gemma was great from start to finish explained how the HIFU treatment works and we discussed the sensation of treatment in detail. The treatment felt warm and prickly but this was explained beforehand not painful but a little uncomfortable . I Was so please that there were some improvement straight after treatment and my neck and jowls seem to be improving weekly so fingers crossed. I will be booking another session after the 3 months I have to wait . Thank you Gemma
