I couldn't fault the staff prior and dur8ng the procedure they wwre very professional and kept me well informed however I was advised after to make contact uf i had any quedtions bu aroumd day ten there was no difference to my lips after having the lop flip and I still had lines on my forehead. I contacted the own and informed her of the current concern and asked for a top up. I was told I could have a top up £25 fee. Which I was happy to do. However since asking for her availabilty and getting booked in ( twice). I have had no respomse.
