Rr Nicola was so lovely, she’s down to earth and has a lovely bubbly personality that made me feel comfortable as I suffer with social anxiety and don’t really tend to meet a lot of new people not only did she make me feel comfortable she went above and beyond to understand how I was feeling and to get me the best results which may I add ARE AMAZING I love my new forehead and I love this woman for fixing it haha highly recommend her she’s wonderful.
