Booking fee All Bookings must be secured with a booking fee. For treatments, we ask for a £50 booking fee. Training courses may vary. These booking fees are non refundable. Running late We completely understand that running late happens and are more than accommodating where we can be. However, we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are over 15 minutes late. Prescription If you book in a prescription treatment, such as any Anti wrinkle treatments. You will be liable to 50% cancellation charge to cover the cost of the product once you’re booking has been confirmed
