I had the prophilo administered by Rachael. Rachael was very knowledgeable on the product and it did what she said it would, improve the skin surface (to a point where people are commenting on my skin 🤷‍♀️! ) I wouldn’t say it was painful , more uncomfortable if anything. Rachael is very professional and takes time to make you feel at ease . Would highly recommend the prophilo though x
