This was my first time having microneedling, and Kenya made the whole experience really positive from start to finish. She explained everything thoroughly beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Whilst microneedling can be a little uncomfortable at times, Kenya checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay and adjusted things accordingly. She prepared my skin really carefully before the treatment, used lovely products, and gave me excellent aftercare advice afterwards. One thing I particularly appreciated was that she followed up a couple of days later to see how I was getting on. That level of care and attention is incredibly reassuring and shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients. We also discussed the benefits of future sessions. Being in my 40’s, anything that helps support collagen production is a bonus! Once the initial redness had settled overnight, I could already tell that my skin felt a little plumper and had a noticeable glow. I take good care of my skin anyway, so this feels like a fantastic complementary treatment to my existing skincare routine. I see Kenya for other treatments too, and one thing that always stands out is the pride she takes in her work. She’s knowledgeable, professional, thorough and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes for her clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering microneedling or any other treatment.
