Excellent! I had total confidence in Lois. She talked me through the procedure and explained what she was doing throughout. She also kept checking in with me to make sure I wasn't experiencing any undue discomfort and could tolerate the level she was using. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin conditions and products. Would 100% recommend!
