Booking Policy: A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from the total cost and the remaining balance must be paid on the day by cash or bank transfer Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice to carry over the booking fee. However, appointments can only be rescheduled once; otherwise, the booking fee will be forfeited. Payment: The remaining payment will be collected in cash on the day of your appointment. Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee, payable before the procedure. After 15 minutes, clients may not be accepted and will lose their booking fee. All treatments are non- refundable. Once a treatment has been received, you are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to discuss any concerns with us before the treatment begins to ensure your satisfaction.

    Hi, I've been meaning to let you know I have a lump on my right bowtie area. It may go down still as bruising was really pronounced, but you may perhaps need the hyaluronidase at the ready for my next visit! I'll send a pic, other than that very happy with result ... Now I'm ordering my anti wrinkle and was going to do aesplla. My temples look hollowed ! I loved my experience, it was a really healing moment and you have an amzing calming presence.
