Having any invasive procedure is, of course, daunting even when you know the results will be an improvement. Therefore being listened to and heard was a priority for me prior to undergoing any treatment. Andrea was first and foremost, knowledgeable, information and understanding. She answered all my concerns with empathy and patience. I never felt that I had to go through with anything just because I’d turned up for the appointment.
