Fern was very professional, explained everything very thoroughly and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. The procedure was painless and Fern checked all the time she was doing it if I was ok . Fern put me at ease and I didn’t feel apprehensive at all. Fern discussed the aftercare that I would need to follow and has booked me in for a face to face check. She has said I can ring and speak to her any time if I have any concerns.
