Extremely disappointing experience with Elixir London Ltd (Sutton): I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this clinic. I visited for a dissolving treatment to remove old facial filler, not for a new filler injection. I was told the results would become visible within two days. However, after three days, it became clear that the filler had not been adequately dissolved. I contacted the practitioner to express my concerns and ask for a follow-up, but unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Not only was there no willingness to assess the result or take responsibility, but I was also completely ignored — my final message was never even responded to. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable, especially in a field where people place trust in your hands for procedures that affect their face and confidence. I was forced to seek help elsewhere and pay again to fix the issue properly. I would strongly caution others against visiting this clinic. Poor service, poor results, and absolutely no aftercare or accountability. Very disappointing.
