I had Botox done 3 weeks ago and still see no noticeable effect at all. When I messaged to say i wasnt that happy, the practitioner assured me "it takes longer sometimes" and suggested a top-up which I was happy to go ahead with. Since then, I’ve booked and rebooked my top-up appointment FOUR separate times, and every single time she has not showed up no message, no call, no explanation, no heads-up at all. I’ve been left waiting, disappointed, and completely let down again and again. It feels like money taken without delivering the service promised it’s dishonest, it’s unprofessional, and it’s no way to run a business I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone. Zero reliability, zero respect for your time, and deeply unprofessional conduct. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their clients and delivers what they charge for.
