Honestly, you’re welcomed the minute you walk through the door by her warm nature, or by Louise who is equally as warm, lovely and welcoming. The salon itself is gorgeous and welcoming too. EVERY treatment I have with Ebony, EVERY time is carried out to an exceptionally high standard and her aftercare is second to none. She likes her clients to be happy with the service and treatments, and she goes above and beyond to ensure they are! Can’t praise Ebony enough because she’s worked wonders on my face. I even asked if I needed anything else done in her opinion, and she said I didn’t. This just shows that Ebony values honesty over simply taking a customer’s money - if she doesn’t feel a treatment is right for you or if she feels it’s not needed, she will be honest and tell you!
