Dxys Clinic

I recently visited Dxy’s Clinic for chin, lip, and masseter treatments, and my experience was less than satisfactory. The results didn’t meet my expectations, and the practitioner is rude and arrogant. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed.

Worst experience I have ever had. Dxy promised my lips would look natural after I had specifically said I want it to be my lips but just more hydrated. We agreed to keep the natural proportion of my lips with my bottom lip slightly bigger than my top. My top lip was significantly bigger and aside from this the left and the right side were completely different shapes. Immediately after injecting it was noticeable how badly the lips were done. The filler on the top lip had even migrated immediately after injection which is absurd. After 2 weeks I shared pictures with Dxy and kindly asked for a refund to put towards dissolving the work, the least she could do after completely ruining my lips. She insisted I had to come back for a review for which I had to pay £10, and the only option to resolve was to pay another £100 for her to dissolve my lips, and that a refund would not be possible as she has already injected - despite the fact it was her work that was the issue. She was completely unhelpful and does not care for her clients or the work she’s doing, she’s inexperienced and is only there to take your money. I went to a real professional to dissolve my lips who was shocked at the placement of the filler and how badly the lips were done. The quality of the filler is also extremely cheap. If you care about your face go to an experienced professional as I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
