I have received wellbeing coaching from Dr Katy. It has really helped me think hard about changes I have wanted to make for a while but needed that "kick up the backside" to get me motivated. Dr Katy listened and gave me suggestions to get me started and stay on track to lose some hard to shift weight. I have managed to lose a few pounds and feel committed to keep on track.
