I had 2 appointments 11am & 12noon. There was a mix up and they said they sent me a message which I never received . My 11am appointment had been moved to 12noon.. I did not receive any message also they didn’t have me booked in for 2 appointments even though I have paid a deposit for each appointment. I left at 12:45 and left a message saying I could not wait any longer. I also had to wait back in January well over an hour. I will never be going back they really need to sort out customer care and bookings and time schedules this is ridiculous how they expect you to wait around and also no one sees you face to face only message you via text and I had 1 phone call 20 mins before I gave up and left . Save your money and time .. unless they sort these issues out.

Got offer for ultra tite and mini hydrafacial. First session they saw me late and never gave me the facial. I had to ask for it at the next session. Facial was. Mask and light. Not what they advertise. Misleading. Would not recommend as they scam you into paying and try and take money from you

In all honesty communication was awesome and from the very first day I referred to my love handles and that all. On arrival I was waiting in reception for 23 mins before I was collect and I was on time. Then it wasn't about my love handles, it was more about my stomach which wasn't what I wanted, the last who was performing the procedure had no idea I only wanted love handles sorted but I left her to her expertise. After ever tiring I went home and my love handles were still the same and after a week, the e same and after two weeks, still the same, I only went in for my love handles and that wasn't catered for.... and yes I am a little disappointed as it was a waste of time and money because of what I wanted, I didn't get...
