Anne makes you feel very comfortable and takes the time to make sire she's complying with your wishes. I've had amazing results with the tattoo removal and am only one session in. I noticed improvement the first week after treatment. The accident scars take time for new collegen to be formed, so I need to be patient but feel as if I am in good hands
