Sue was lovely and put me at ease throughout the procedure. I was given after care and information and she messaged me afterwards to make sure I was OK. Since the procedure I have seen a slightly reduction in the saggy skin on my eye lids. Sue said this could take up to 12 weeks and its only been a few weeks, so I'm happy with the results so far.
