The woman who performed my treatment was really friendly and welcoming, even though they were running behind and I had to wait an extra 25 minutes after my appointment time. My waxing was done efficiently and surprisingly pain free, however there were quite a few patches where the hair had broken off not pulled out from the root. I’ve had this issue before at other salons as I do have rather thick dark hair but I have also been waxed perfectly in the past. Maybe it’s the products or the technique used but I have struggled to find a place that can wax me as good as my old salon could. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just disappointed that I’m still having to shave in places whilst on holiday.

Liv did a brilliant job on my cover up tattoo following laser removal with Nicola. I love it and would recommend her to anyone. Fantastic results and has healed brilliantly. Will be back for more
