I had such a wonderful experience with Riz. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Before we decided on anything, Riz took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, including the different IV drip options, the benefits, and what would be best suited to me. I really appreciated that there was no pressure at all, she genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything before making a decision. Riz is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She answered all of my questions patiently and made the whole experience relaxing and reassuring. I left feeling refreshed and confident that I had been looked after so well.
