Ciara McGuigan

Just finished a 3 block set of appointments of Lymphatic drainage massage with the lovely Ciara. She has created such a beautiful and relaxing space and her knowledge on this treatment is amazing. Her passion for it is admirable. I was quite nervous to try this but I must say Ciara made me feel so at ease from the very beginning and the overall experience was enjoyable. As a menopausal woman, I experience a lot of bloating, water retention, inflammation, sleep disruption, bowel and digestive issues. This course of treatments has helped every one of these issues, the results have actually blown me away. Not only have I lost inches overall but I feel lighter, my digestive system has improved and my sleep has increased immensely. I feel great!. I can't recommend Ciara enough and already can't wait to get booked back in for more appointments soon. This is an area of self-care I will definitely be investing in going forward.
