This is the first time I had this level of facial work done and I couldn’t be more happy with results ! Right from my initial consultation and throughout process Sam put me at ease and really understood what I was asking for. Her attention to detail is incredible and she kept me very calm talking me through the procedure . I will be back for more little tweaks!

I first ask Sam about Demal filler. She explained over my next few visited. When I asked to have my lips done. She booked me in for a consultation fully explaining the procedure and also allowing me to ask questions. On the day of my procedure she explained again in sequence what she was going to complete. Asked me questions and recoded my answers. The procedure was a very pleasant experience for me. It didn’t hurt me. It took about 45 minutes in all. Said if I had any problems I could contact her. I had a email explaining about side effects and what I would need to do if I had any. I’m so very please with the care I’ve received from Sam. I will definitely have my lips done again.
