I’ve now had several chemical peel treatments with Cara at Skin IQ, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Cara is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. She always takes the time to explain the treatment process and makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout every appointment. The treatment room itself is beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views overlooking the Thames. Watching the boats go by creates such a relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience feel like a real moment of self-care. I’ve been having treatments to address pigmentation and uneven skin tone, and so far I’ve been really pleased with the results. The treatments have been successful, and I feel confident that I’m in the best hands as I continue my skin journey with Cara. I’m looking forward to many more treatments and would highly recommend Skin IQ to anyone considering professional skincare treatments.

The procedure itself was much more comfortable than I expected. Cara explained each step in detail and consistently check in on me to make sure I was comfortable and was extremely professional. Immediately after the treatment my skin looked a bit red, similar to a mild sunburn, but this settled within a day. It already feels softer, so I can’t wait to book in again to see the end results.
