Terri was welcoming and very professional.
She explained everything to me about the treatment and listened carefully to my skin needs and what I wanted to get out of the treatment.
The room where the treatment took place had a very cosy feel which added to the deep relaxation experienced. Terri gave the most amazing massage and facial meaning I left in a deep sense of relaxation yet reenergised too. It was better than any treatments I’ve received in the past at Hoar Cross Hall . Thank you Terri!
