I hesitated for a long time before booking my lip blush, not because of Jo but because once it’s done there is no changing it, and I wish I had done it sooner! Jo's treatment was perfect from start to finish, and I absolutely love the result. The color looks so natural. Highly recommend Jo to anyone considering it or any other treatments.

I honestly cannot recommend Joanne Keller highly enough. Joanne originally did my brows around two years ago, and I went back about 10 days ago for my top-up. They have healed beautifully and look absolutely superb — I genuinely couldn’t be happier with them. As an aesthetic practitioner, Joanne really is top tier. Her knowledge is second to none, but it’s the whole experience that sets her apart. From the initial consultation, through the treatment itself and right down to the aftercare, she knows her stuff inside out and you feel completely confident that you’re in safe hands. What I especially love about Joanne is that she actually listens to what you want, but she’ll also use her expertise to tailor it to what genuinely suits you. She isn’t going to let you walk out looking like a doughnut just because you asked for something 😂 She’ll guide you, explain what will work and somehow find that perfect happy path between what you had in mind and what actually looks amazing. And then there’s Joanne herself. She has the most wonderful personality and makes you feel completely at ease and so welcome. After going to her for this long, she doesn’t just feel like my aesthetics lady anymore — she feels like a friend. Her work, knowledge, professionalism and aftercare are exceptional, but it’s the person behind all of that which makes the experience so special. Absolute kudos to her and the reputation she has built. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Five stars doesn’t really do her justice. ❤️
