Fantastic had very tight quads muscles loosend off and strretched. Made huge diference in how muscle felt and looked. Increased my Rom in gym . Lauren is a very skillled at what she does and after a quick consultation i was very clear in what i wonted to be dun and lauren did exactly what i needed and wanted. Will be back soon to have my back done next.

Lauren is very professional and discreet, her treatments are very affective but you have to go regularly for your body to get back to it's regular self . I would always recommend Lauren for her sports and clinical therapy they are the best treatments you could ever go to for healing the body in the right way.

I went to see Lauren on recommendation from my Pilates instructor, following a back issue that was taking its time to heal. Being hypermobile I am prone to soft tissue injury, so what I loved about Lauren was the fact that she is also hypermobile, so completely understood my body and its issues. The deep tissue massage she gave me felt amazing and I left feeling significantly better than when I had walked in. I am currently booking in for a follow up session and will be seeing Lauren on a regular basis from now on. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone who is suffering from back or any soft tissue issues.
