My Botox looked ok after 2 weeks 4 weeks later I was back to having the same wrinkles I had before I went in . I sent pictures to Laura she said wow she couldn’t understand why it had not worked , she said I will get you back in free . I said please let me pay at the least the cost of you buying the product . I had got phnomnia a couple days later and was ill so couldnt make it for an appointment but she was happy for me to book again when I was feeling ok . I sent Laura a message on the 26 Feb saying I was ok to rebook. She said as I’ve left it 10 weeks even though I sent her pictures which she said it had not worked as when I had the Botox originally she ask if I wanted a frozen look . The pictures o sent was a face full of wrinkles . She now wanted to charged me £240. But as it’s on offer a further I can have it for £160 so that’s £320 i would have paid , I qualified in advance Botox in 2017 and based on the results she couldn’t have correctly injected me , or diluted the mix more than recommended . The fact that I couldn’t get to book again until now is irrelevant taking into account I had Botox on the 15th December . She had me back for a top up as I had plenty movement still . I’d had 2 lots Botox within5 weeks and my forehead is the same as it was prior to the 15 th December. Laura lived 5 mins away then moved to over 30 mins away so wasn’t as easy just to nip over but after her spidering free top up to now wanted me to Kay again isn’t what I’d expected from someone who’s relatively new to aesthetics and her words when seeing the pics “wow it’s not worked at all as it “ . I d expect Botox to last at least 3months based on all the times in the past I’ve recieved this treatment , , Laura suggested I was immune for years of having Botox . I explained it was 6 months prior I had bocoutre and 18 months since Azzurlure’s which is what Laura injected. And based on the balance of probabilities . The fact wrinkle treatment as worked every single time apart from with her would suggest she as not done it correctly . This is not about me moainjng , this is about me as a client paying money with no results and if after 4 weeks my wrinkles are all back then she’s not doing something right .the fact she offered free then I said no please let me at least pay the product price when actually I booked I.in with Laura for a tremor t . Which did not work meant she shouldn’t redone it free but I was been fair as she was new . Now as I said she wants me to pay full price as I was ill and couldn’t get I to see her even though she had ageeed based on pictures my treatment had not worked . I asked her if she was mixing it correctly ? Or she may have not I he ted correctly . She told me she used a full 125 units the first time then she used anotber 60 units for top up . Age says she never as enough todo a top up from the 125 u bottle . So basically admitting she never as enough todo do a top up and uses the the full bottle means she’s definitely not infecting correctly . She should have used 10 units per injection on crows feet x3 each side . 50 units on forehead 5 x 10 u nits leaving 15 u its on last area . And to get no results after a months she’s not doing it correctly There’s no way clients would pay every 4 weeks and I’ve never had any problems with anyone else who’s gave me Botox . So she needs to look at the way she’s doing this treatment .
