Ellie was welcoming and very professional. She listened to what shape eyebrow I was wanting to have and gave me honest feedback whether she could achieve that or not. She put my mind at ease and I really enjoyed the treatment. She was well prepared with a thorough “after care” package for keep the treatment looking the best they could afterwards too. Thank you Ellie- you have a customer for life!
