I felt so welcomed when I came for my treatment, I felt a little anxious but was immediately put at ease and I was sbsolutely fine, Im fact, being at the body and spirit clinic has given me a real boost im actually coming along for training and I can't wait, see you real soon ❤️

Claire was absolutely amazing. I've never had the treatments I was having and was nervous. She talked me through it at every step and really put me at ease. I was so happy with the results too. Her treatment room is so inviting but professional at the same time. Claire knew exactly what I needed and did everything with such kindness and professionalism. I would 110% recommend her, especially if you are a newbie to treatments. The before and after care was also fantastic 👌
